Kitchen
It is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, electric hobs, cooker hood, water kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and cooking utensils. The kitchen has plenty of storage space (cupboards) and hot-cold water supply. There is also an indoor dining area with a folding table and two stools.
Living Room
The living room consists of a large sofa 1.80 m long, which converts into a double bed. It also has a 50’’ LG Smart TV, wall-mounted, LG Smart home audio system and individual Wi- Fi system. Access to the terrace and the garden from the living room makes the interior space seems larger.
Bathroom
The bathroom, in an area of 4.00 sq.m., is luxuriously built with fitted shower and non-slip floor, including a large mirror, hair dryer and toiletries.
Bedroom
The comfortable bedroom (12 sq.m.) is separated from the living room with a modern wooden partition. It includes a king size bed with an orthopedic mattress, an open wardrobe with hangers and a dressing table with a lighted mirror, plus, a modern ceiling lamp with fan.
Terrace
The airy terrace is covered with an elegant wooden pergola and a protective shading system, including a two-seater sofa, a table with two armchairs as well as a small dining area. It is connected directly to the gardens of the premises and it offers a unique sea view.
